Ms. Knight joined the DoD CMMC Program Management Office in December 2020, and supports all facets of the CMMC Program, including the development and implementation of CMMC 2.0, and is leading the rulemaking efforts for the CMMC Program under Title 32 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Prior to joining the CMMC PMO, Ms. Knight worked for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) in various acquisition and contracting leadership positions. She reported to the MDA Director for Acquisition (DA) as Chief of the Executive Staff, led the MDA Strategic Cyber Council, and served as the Deputy MDA Senior Services Manager. Ms. Knight previously served as the DA Portfolio Manager for C4ISR, Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense, and Systems Engineering, and as the MDA Director of Contracting for C2BMC and Systems Engineering.

Ms. Knight is DAWIA-certified in Contracting and Program Management, a NCMA Certified Professional Contracts Manager, and a graduate of the Defense Senior Leader Development Program. She completed her undergraduate and graduate education at Penn State University, the University of Maryland, and the U.S. Army War College.
