Jim is a Senior Project Consultant for 911 Authority and has been involved in 911 and telecommunications in many capacities for over 30 years. During his career he has deployed legacy and Next Generation 911 capable systems throughout the United States.

He is an active participant on the NENA i3 work group and has previously served as a member of several NENA committees developing best practices for 911 and NG911. He presently co-chairs the NENA Next Generation Security work group, which is re-writing the NENA NG SEC standard. He holds multiple professional industry certifications including the Program Management Professional, (PgMP) Project Management Professional (PMP), Emergency Number Professional (ENP), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification, and is a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
